A Portuguese Meal

For ages 18 & up

Expand your repertoire by learning to make these iconic Portuguese dishes. Working with a small team, you'll create a flavorful salad with plenty of texture; pork cooked to perfection; and a traditional rice pudding. At the end of class, you'll sit down to enjoy the results of your efforts.

For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of Portuguese wine with the meal.

• Salada de Agriao com Funcho e Laranja (Watercress Salad with Fennel & Orange)

• Lombinho de Porco com Molho de Porto e Ameixas Secas (Pork Tenderloin in a Port-Prune Sauce)

• Batatas a Murro (Punched Potatoes)

• Migas de Sepinafres (Spinach with Toasted Breadcrumbs)

• Arroz Doce (Sweet Rice Pudding)

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
