A gentle evening to ground, soften, and come home to yourself.A space to land in your body, out of the mind, and into your own energy.
Supported by harmonising sound and stillness, you’re invited to slow down, breathe, and simply be as you are.
What to expect:
- time beforehand to choose an oracle card, anoint with ceremonial oil, and settle into the space
- a safe, warm, heart-centred environment
- lie back to receive a 60-minute immersive sound journey, beginning with a short, guided meditation and a collective humming practice
- a grounding soundscape from instruments such as chakapa, buffalo drum, native flute, nature sounds, gong, metal bowls, chimes, and a little of my voice
- a healthy treat at the end to support your return to the outer world
No experience necessary, all welcome.
