We’ll kick things off with Sculpted Palm Beach in a sculpt pilates class led by Leah Tarsia. Afterward, you’ll have some time to mingle, rest, and chat with the other ladies before moving into a gentle somatic flow with Marra Movement, guided by Katie Mackey. This flow helps regulate your nervous system and leaves you feeling peaceful, clear, and restful.
You'll also get to enjoy some refreshing mocktails and healthy light bites throughout the evening.
