A Peek Into The Practice - Exploring The World of Chakras

In this 2-hour workshop, Leigh (owner of Purposeful Living) will be teaching you about chakras. Their names, their symbols, and their frequencies.
You'll learn where energy can get blocked and see a demonstration.
It's a teaching focused event, designed to deepen your understanding of energy and healing.
One of our guests will be invited to be the demo for the afternoon to receive and balance their chakras.
So, you will be exposed to energy work and sound instruments.
There may also be a teaching on chanting the sounds of the chakras and how it helps to bring balance and peace to the system.
Each participant will also receive a laminated worksheet to support their personal or professional chakra practice after the workshop.
