Embrace A Compassionate Self-Care Mindset
Embark on a transformative journey designed to help you reconnect with yourself during menopause and beyond. This exclusive Women's Wellbeing workshop series offers you the tools and mindset to build a compassionate self-care routine, reduce stress, and enhance your emotional well-being. Rediscover the heart of your inner resilience so you navigate this powerful transition with a renewed sense of self, and a toolkit of life skills you wish someone had gifted you years ago to support your body, mind, and spirit through this epic midlife transition.
This series gives you 12 hours and 15 minutes of guidance and support both in-person and online. Additionally, participants will be given practices to weave into their lives to support their growth with the work.
Workshop Series Details
In-Person Workshops:
Four 2.5-hour sessions held on the following Saturdays at Malpas Community Centre.
-Dates:
-September 14th
-September 28th
-October 5th
-October 26th
-Time: 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM
Zoom Support Sessions:
Three 45-minute online sessions designed for check-ins, guided meditation, and additional support.
-Dates:
-September 23rd
-October 10th
-October 21st
-Time: 7:00 PM - 7:45 PM
Total Duration: 12 hours and 15 minutes of guidance and support.
Cost:
-Full Cost * : £90 (approximately £7 per hour)
-Financial Assistance: £55 (Limited availability)
-Bursary ** : £0 (Available for one participant who would really benefit but can't afford to pay, selected by IWN. Just email [email protected])
* Participants will have the opportunity to contribute more if they feel the experience was exceptionally valuable.
** Please note: The bursary will become available only when there are 10 paying participants.

About Emma Nicholls
Emma Nicholls is a polyvagal informed, Holistic Therapist with a Holistic Counselling Diploma and a background in energy healing modalities. On her own midlife journey and recovery from burnout, she dug deep into Polyvagal Theory and energy healing to guide herself through, benefitting and growing from her experiences. She now uses this knowledge and these principles in all her one-to-one and facilitated group work. She understands the importance of empowering others to take back control and build a compassionate relationship with themselves, so they can navigate this time with more inner resilience and purpose.
