About this Event

Build Something Magnificent! A Parent–Child Story & Craft at The Marshall Muse Gallery

Saturday, December 5, 10:30 -11:45 AM
$45 (Add and extra child for $25)

Big ideas can start with a little cardboard and a lot of imagination! Join Brittany Corkell for a reading of The Most Magnificent Thing by Ashley Spires, followed by a hands-on building activity where children and their grown-ups create a playful invention using cardboard, craft supplies, and recycled materials.

Together, we’ll explore creativity, problem-solving, and perseverance—including taking a breath and trying again when something feels tricky. Grown-ups will help with assembly while children bring their ideas to life.

Enjoy time creating together, then take your magnificent creation home!

For ages 5–7 with a parent or caregiver. Materials provided.

Located Near Downtown Fisher Park & Free Parking Available!
