Step Back in time with us for an evening of Victorian Tales, Music and Food inside a 19th Century Fortification on the Banks of the River Mersey.
New Brighton's Penny Dreadful Stories will take you on a journey back in time through the old Streets & Smugglers Coastline of Wallasey. You will hear True Stories by Candlelight of Deadly Maritime Crimes, Murders, Arson, Unexplained Deaths, Secret Passageways, The Devil’s Nest, the New Brighton Tower Tragedies and a host of Ghostly Tales at Ye Black Rock. Hear how the Rich were Robbed and the Unfortunate Drowned. Be witness to the Worst Murders of the 19th Century in the North West of Victorian England as we undertake the Murderous Trail of Felix Spicer on that fateful night in May,1890. Be Ready for a Night of Blood, Crimes and Ghostly Tales as you are Locked inside the Historic Fort Perch Rock.
