VENUE CHANGE - THIS WILL NOW BE HELD IN STATION ROAD COLLINGHAM, PLACE ARE LIMITED PLEASE CONTACT TO CONFIRM YOUR PLACE Lisa and I welcome you back for another year and extend a warm invitation to an evening of rejuvenation and healing at the North Muskham Village Hall. Join us on the last Friday of the month, from 7:00 to 8:15 pm, and rest and recuperate to the sounds of the gong and Himalayan singing bowls and the energetic healing powers of Reiki. This event is not just an opportunity to relax but a space for communal support. We believe that by nurturing ourselves, we can rebuild our strength to pour positivity into our lives and community once more.

Date & Time: the last Friday of each month, 7:00-8:15 pm (dates to be confirmed on booking)
Venue: North Muskham Village Hall (MRCC)
Suggested Exchange: £15
What to bring: A mat, cushion, blanket, Eye mask (optional), water

🎶 What to Expect: Immerse yourself in a healing journey, combining the therapeutic vibrations of sounds from the gong, Himalayan singing bowls and chimes. Lay back on your yoga mat, nestled in comfort with a cushion and blanket, as the ethereal soundscape washes over you, fostering profound relaxation and renewal for your body, mind, and soul. As you are relaxing, Lisa will come around the group offering Reiki healing to help support you. Towards the end of the session, we will switch to soothing music so that both of us can offer Reiki into the space.
💖All Are Welcome: This event is open to everyone, regardless of background or experience. No prior knowledge of Reiki or sound healing is necessary; just come with an open heart and a willingness to receive. A booking link for tickets is below although you are welcome to just turn up on the door without booking - it is helpful to drop me a message in this instance so we can plan the space.
Let's come together in North Muskham, to relax, release anxiety, and replenish our spirits. Together, we can create an evening of shared healing and community support.

Pregnant individuals in their first trimester.
Individuals with very low or high blood pressure.
