As part of East Winds, Inc., a New York City-based world renowned organization, Taikoza is dedicated to sharing the beauty and advancing the understanding of traditional Japanese music and performing arts. With distinguished programs including taiko drums, shakuhachi, fue, and a dance group, Taikoza presents theatre performances, community concerts, and educational programs throughout the country and around the world, fostering cultural exchange while providing a platform for artists and preserving the rich traditions of Japanese/Asian music, dance, and performance.🥁
