Have you heard? On January 20th, we're having an extra special limited-seat dinner party and the theme is Alsace. What is that? Where is that? Tell me more? Alsace is a region in northeast France directly next to Germany, and therefore, there is a unique blend of cultural flavors within the cuisine. Chef Kile is pulling out all the stops with elegant interpretations of winter flavors of the region.
Think warm frisée salad, quail, pike and even a delectable Wagyu plus an amuse bouche, intermezzo and dessert. In addition, we'll have a thoughtfully selected wine pairing for each course.
