Join us for a supportive night designed just for you - share experiences, learn about valuable tools and resources, and connect with others who truly understand.
MiLIFE, MIND, and accent care come together to bring you mindfulness activities as well as a guided discussion by Rachel Powell.
Learn tips for managing challenging behaviors, improving communication, prioritizing self-care, navigating nutrition and healthcare, safety in the home, and celebrating all wins, big and small.
