Join us for Alternative New Year’s Eve Night Out. Step away from the noise of countdowns and crowds, and welcome the turning of the year in quiet ceremony. Reflect, rest, and plant new intentions and be guided through Reiki-infused breathwork, meditation, yoga nidra, and sound.

This workshop is an immersive ritual circle designed for reflection, rest, and the gentle planting of new intention. Guided through meditation, breath, Reiki, and sound, you’ll be invited to soften into stillness and listen to what the body, heart, and spirit are ready to receive.

• Somatic Release & Breath Ritual – Gentle movement and breathwork to shed the weight of the year just passed.
• Intention Setting – From a clear, open space, sense what you are ready to call in; write or hold your intention as a living seed.
• Reiki-Infused Yoga Nidra – Lie back and receive. Reiki energy is offered by invitation only; you’ll be guided to open silently if you wish to receive. Reiki enhances your ability to let go of tension and experience a profound sense of calm and rejuvenation.
• Intention Declarations & Witnessing. After rest, there will be an invitation to speak your intention aloud to be witnessed in community.
• Closing Blessing. A quiet circle of gratitude and collective tone seals the new-year energy.

Please Bring:

Journal and pen, water bottle, layered clothing, eye pillow, and any small object (crystal or stone) that feels supportive.
