Start your Saturday by slowing things down and setting the tone for the year ahead. This session is about easing into the weekend, taking a breath, and giving yourself space to reset.

We’ll begin with a beginner-friendly R&B yoga class, soundtracked by your R&B faves. Expect gentle movement, deep stretches, and time to properly unwind.

After the session, we’ll move into a short guided reflection and meditation, offering space to pause, reflect, and think about how you want to step into the new year.
