Each workshop includes a focus on self-awareness, self-care, and self-advocacy—all critical for creating true change:

• Self-Awareness: Cultivate presence and clarity through mindfulness and sound healing.
• Self-Care: Balance personal wellbeing with your drive for deep change.
• Self-Advocacy: Develop skills to lovingly communicate your needs and truths.

Through structured integration weeks, you’ll deepen your transformation with Gong Baths and group reflective practices.

• Mindfulness: Deep listening and loving speech (inspired by Thich Nhat Hanh).
• Sound Healing: Gong Baths and meditations to release tension, alchemize obstacles, and energize action.
