The last month of the year is the perfect time to reflect on what's going on inside of us even amid the busy holiday time. Reflection is rewarding because it helps us to bear witness and celebrate everything we've achieved over the past year.
Combining the elements of sacred music with the transformational process of Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep), Miriam will use a series of body, breath, and awareness techniques, intention setting, and visualizations to gently guide attendees into the state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, assisting in quieting the mind, unwinding the nervous system, and experiencing profound restoration.
During the session, she will also use vocalizations while playing the harmonium, a unique instrument that has a beautiful, rich tone, creating a feeling of deep peace and relaxation.
