Join for a slow, cozy evening in the barn at Evergreen Farm—an opportunity to move, reflect, connect, and simply be around other women who understand the beautiful, exhausting, complicated experience of motherhood.
We'll begin with a gentle yoga practice before settling in with tea, homemade treats, dark chocolate, and guided journaling.
From there, we'll gather for a facilitated connection circle—a chance to share, listen, laugh, reflect, and have some of the conversations we don't always get to have in the middle of everyday life.
No pressure to perform. No need to have anything figured out.
Just an evening to exhale, reconnect with yourself, and spend time in good company.
