“A Month in Masafer Yatta” A Glimpse into Life Under Occupation(Movie)

We will have two speakers , the first one is Ruba Kharuf( in person) she is a Palestinian American, with a twenty year career in film production. She’s spent the last 10 months full time dedication to advocacy and activism for Palestine, recently returning from one month spent in the West Bank on a protective presence mission.

The second speaker will be Sameeha Huraini , a young activist woman who is a member of Sumud ( a youth group ) at the area of Masafer Yatta , south Hebron Hills , West Bank. She plays a great role in empowering and strengthening the women in her area through different projects and initiatives
