Join us as a spectator or participant for one of Sarasota's most unique artistic experiences.
Over **1,350 flowers** and locally sourced natural materials will be transformed into a stunning flower carpets and painted surfaces in the heart of Burns Square. Throughout the day and into the night, artists will work side by side, bringing intricate designs to life petal by petal.
More than an art installation, Infiorata Sarasota Flower Carpet is a celebration of **shared practice**—artists supporting artists and honoring a creative tradition that connects communities across generations. It is a gathering built on **creative kinship**, where makers, volunteers, and visitors come together on **common ground** to create something beautiful and meaningful.
This living artwork serves as an **installation of appreciation** for those who dedicate themselves to this art form, while offering **reflections on a practice** that continues to inspire and evolve.
