Join us for a sacred spring afternoon working with the first offerings of Mother Nature.Rachel and Maz are excited to share their love of the beautiful plants that grow all around us and the ways they can support our wellbeing.
Our afternoon will begin gathered around the altar with a ceremonial herbal tea and blessing, setting our intentions for the ritual.
We will then move into the Zen Den where you will create your own soothing face spritz. Rachel and Maz will demonstrate how to make nourishing teas and tonics, sharing the benefits of each plant such as dandelion, cleavers, plantain and nettles.
You will also make your own herbal eye mask before we finish the afternoon with a deeply grounding meditation.
A gentle, nurturing workshop connecting us with the healing gifts of nature.
