A Miracle for Ella Rose Golf Tournament

WHEN: Saturday, August 8th 2026
WHERE: Hickory Heights Golf Club - 5158 Lehman Road, Spring Grove, PA 17362
COST: $100 per hole sponsorship
$340 per golf team ($85 each golfer)
TIME: 8:00 AM shotgun start – registration begins at 7:00 AM
This tournament was created in honor of Ella and has become her most successful and meaningful annual fundraiser. Ella lives with a rare and progressive neurological disease called Vanishing White Matter disease, a condition that causes the brain’s white matter to deteriorate over time, impacting mobility, coordination, and neurological function. There is currently no cure, and Ella requires ongoing medical care, therapies, and specialized treatment.
For the past several years, this tournament was lovingly hosted by the Gladfelter and Baublitz families, who carried this event forward in their families honor, naming Ella as it's beneficiary. As they step back after many years of dedication, our family is honored to continue this tradition and deeply grateful to the golfers, sponsors, and supporters who travel, give, and show up for Ella year after year. Proceeds from this tournament directly support Ella’s medical fund and help provide the care and resources she needs.
