Life gets loud. Stress builds up. We find ourselves reacting instead of responding—and feeling totally disconnected from our bodies, emotions, and spirit. That’s where mindfulness comes in.
Mindfulness is the practice of bringing compassionate, nonjudgmental awareness to the present moment. It helps us get out of autopilot and into connection—with our thoughts, our bodies, our emotions, and something deeper. It’s one of the most powerful tools we have for nervous system regulation, mental clarity, emotional balance, and spiritual grounding.
This group is for anyone who wants to feel more calm, curious, and connected. Whether you’re managing anxiety, trying to slow down your reactions, or just looking for a sense of peace—this practice works. And the benefits are backed by science: better focus, emotional regulation, stress relief, deeper self-awareness, and more joy in daily life.
Each session is a standalone experience—there’s no series to commit to, and no pressure to come every time. You’re welcome to drop in whenever you need a moment of self-connection. We’ll explore different tools and guided practices based on who shows up and what the group needs that night.
Led by Kayden, a trauma-informed mentor who’s been teaching mindfulness for years as part of her personal and professional healing journey.
Hot tea will be provided. All ages 12 and up are welcome!
