A Mindful Pause is your permission to rest, take some time for you and learn about stress management in a meaningful way.
You will experience mindful practices, meditations and Reiki.
Hosted by Junk Soul in its' unique space upstairs. Delicious food will be available to purchase, with free access to a cuppa.
We want to invite a small number of you to join us for this launch of A Mindful Pause.

-Running on low energy or feeling close to burnout
-Always putting yourself last on the priority list
-Who find it difficult to "switch-off" from the to-do-lists of life
-Intested in stress managament, mindfulness or experiencing reiki
-Who want to be around open-minded humans
