WHAT TO EXPECT:
1. Mindful Workshops:
Our amazing local speakers will guide you through the following topics and practices:
- An introduction to mindfulness and stress
- Understanding your nervous system and somatic practices for regulation
- Nourishing the nervous system through nutrition
- The benefits of hot and cold immersion therapies
- Navigating purpose, meaning, and career change
2. Restorative Practices:
- Yoga
- A mindful beach walk
- Sound healing
3. Optional Experience at no extra cost:
- Sea dip & sauna
4. The day will also include teas, coffees and a lovely lunch at the hotel.
