A Midsummer Night Black & White Gala

Willits Community Theatre invites you to an enchanting summer evening at our annual fundraising celebration, “A Midsummer Night” Black & White Gala, on Saturday, June 13 at the beautiful Mendocino County Museum in Willits.

Set beneath the open evening sky, this special night brings our community together to celebrate and support the performing arts. Guests will enjoy a festive atmosphere featuring a variety of delicious cuisines, hosted beer and wine, and the chance to connect with friends, artists, and theatre lovers from across the region.

The evening will also include both silent and live auctions, offering unique items and experiences while helping support the ongoing work of Willits Community Theatre.

We are especially excited to introduce Mixed Bag, a new band made up of talented local musicians, making their debut performance at the gala. Their lively music will carry the night into dancing and celebration.

With the museum grounds as our backdrop and summer in the air, “A Midsummer Night” promises a warm, joyful gathering in support of the theatre that brings stories, laughter, and creativity to our community all year long.

Come dressed in your best black and white, raise a glass with friends, and help keep the curtain rising at Willits Community Theatre.

Mixed Bag is a group of seasoned Mendo/Lake County musicians who have performed in a mixture of bands, including rock, Funk, bluegrass and so much more. Between them they are limitless, and therefore have combined their experiences and skills to create a band that plays a mix of genres including rock, funk and alternative hits to get your body on the dance floor!

Mixed Bag features Tyler Balthrop on guitar, Cherie Sheraque on vocals, Andrew Robertson on drums, Paul Haley on keys and guitar, and Stacy Maisenbach on bass. Party on!
