A MIDSOMMAR Night's Dream - Get Uncomfortable Productions

The place: Athens, Georgia. The Time: Now.
In the back rooms and of an exclusive country club, something sinister is afoot. The president of the club and his wife are referring to themselves by the names of mythological heroes, declaring who may and may not be married, and threatening death to those who don't obey.
When a young couple runs away from the club and its leaders, they find themselves lost in the woods, hunted by friends and jilted lovers alike, and dogged by forces beyond their comprehension.
Will they make it out alive? Will it be worth it if they do?
Don't miss this exciting folk horror reimagining of Shakespeare's classic tale!
This new production using Shakespreare's original text will take place in the round in an intimate studio space in downtown Grand Junction. Seating is limited and we will not be able to accommodate more seats than are available in this venue. We recommend you pre-purchase your tickets to this event.
