Time to slow down and check-in with who you are and what direction you are going in.  This New Year gift to yourself to reconnect to the peace, joy & wisdom inside. 

A mix of styles of gentle yoga and energy releasing movements, using props, sensory tools, inspirational quotes & a guided meditation, intention setting and note taking, ending with longer supportive restorative poses to absorb and allow ideas & alignment to percolate up in the mind.  All levels welcome.
