Come join Blair and find out more about the science behind strength training and how it has a massive effect on not just our quality of life but how likely we are to live.
Learn how strength training and mobility works together and what the best thing is for you to do right now to give yourself the best chance of independence as you age.
Blair has been in the fitness industry for over 16 years helping people at all ages, but has always had a passion for helping people grow older with elegance.
This will involve a mix of talking and some movement on the spot for those that want to have a go at some certain movements.
It is limited to 15 people in person, however you can also join us on Facebook live, or request to watch the recording after.
