A Liminal Retreat with Wild & Present Wellbeing
Lindisfarne (Holy Island) is a profoundly "liminal” place, a threshold between sea and land, tide and time. Being cut off from the mainland twice a day by the sea, creates a natural pause in time. It is an island at the edge, geologically, historically, and spiritually.
As the tide comes in over the causeway, we will be held in the in between, a place of transformation, transitions and thresholds. Here we are offered time to pause, relax and release. In this magical space of potential, we will walk the labyrinth, drum, move our bodies and see what we might find. To bring the day to a close we have an immersive sound bath to ground us ready for our return back to the real world, to the mainland.
