Welcome to A Legacy Of Love & Impact Fundraising Gala, a 30+ black-tie evening presented by the Da’Quan Waters Foundation in partnership with Venue 757. This gala is more than a celebration—it’s a mission-driven night created to raise funds and awareness for families and youth who need support.
Who Da’Quan Was (Why This Foundation Exists)
The Da’Quan Waters Foundation was created in honor of Da’Quan Waters (1998–2020). Da’Quan lived with severe cerebral palsy and faced significant medical challenges throughout his life. Even through it all, he carried joy, love, and a deep passion for music. His strength and spirit inspired a legacy rooted in compassion, dignity, and action—so that other families and young people don’t have to face life’s hardest moments alone.
What The Foundation Stands For
The Da’Quan Waters Foundation exists to:
- Support families raising children with disabilities by helping provide services, essential equipment, and stability support
- Uplift youth and young adults through community programs, music career development, school readiness support, and stability assistance when funding is available
