This journey invites you into how the ancient practices of Kundalini yoga help balance and activate the seven major energy centers of the body, known as the chakras. We’ll begin with an introductory session that explores how Kundalini yoga works with our life force energy, awakening and guiding it along the spine to support greater states of inner peace, ecstatic joy, and expanded consciousness.Each session that follows will focus on one chakra, using a blend of breathwork, static and dynamic movement, meditation, and mantra to explore and ignite the unique qualities of that energy center. Classes are designed to be experienced either individually or as part of a longer arc, with each session offering a complete and meaningful practice on its own. Together, they form an experiential journey and a practical exploration, offering tools you can integrate into daily life. You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of the energetic technologies at work within your body and a rich set of practices for harmonizing your inner and outer worlds.
