Start with Premium Iberico Ham & Cold Cuts with Tomato Bread and Scallop Ceviche with Avocado and Crispy Shallots. Mains, which are the highlight of the meal, include Iberico Pork & Chicken Cannelloni with Black Truffle or Wagyu Beef Steak with French Fries and “Chimichurri” Sauce. For those looking for an extra touch, guests also have the option to add on a Signature Seafood or Iberico Pork Paella add-on for just HK$298. To conclude the festive meal with a Christmas Dessert Platter.
