A journey to nourish your soul through the wonderful healing power of horses, breathwork, sound, energy healing, botanicals & creativity. Allow your spirit to bloom and us to hold space for you to surrender as we take you on a transformational experience and be cocooned in a container of love to restore your very being✨🤍✨Faciltated by Tory from The Green Room Adelaide and Bridget from Equine Wisdon for Wellbeing. Tory has an extensive back ground in health care, works part time as an Integrative Registered Nurse, Reiki & Seichim practitioner and Botanical Artist. She is passionate about helping & inspiring others to find their joy through her teachings and offerings. Bridget is a certified Equine Assisted Psychotherapist, Breathwork and Meditation practitioner. She is passionate about creating offerings with powerful & transformational impact.
Together they have created this day for self love and care to nurture and restore your being through these wonderful healing modalities.
Taking place on Peramangk Land, Kersbrook in the stunning Adelaide Hills just a 50 minute drive from the CBD.
