On Sunday, October 12th, treat yourself to deep conscious awareness and relaxation.Yoga nidra is the place between our awake and sleep state. It's activating deep conscious awareness, activating the parasympathetic nervous system, slowing down your brain waves. What else does this? Sound. Together, they are a powerful combination.

Lindsay teaches people how to be exceptional sound bath practitioners and certifies them via Rainbow Sounds Workshops. She also completed her tuning fork training through the Sound Healing Academy. Lindsay is also a yoga teacher, breathwork instructor, reiki practitioner, energy worker and shamanic journey facilitator.
