Throughout our time together, we will draw upon the wisdom of the elements. Earth, offering grounding and stability. Water encourages flow, helping us release what no longer serves us. Fire brings warmth, energy, creation and transformation. Air creates space, breath, lightness and ease.
These elements exist not only in the world around us, but within us as well. Just as nature moves through cycles of rest, growth, release, and transformation, we too, are deeply connected to these rhythms. When we reconnect with them, we often reconnect with ourselves.
Allow yourself to soften into the experience as reiki and sound create space for deep rest and restoration. There is nothing you need to do. Just simply breathe, receive, and trust your body to unwind in its own perfect way.
