Chelsea offers this workshop twice a year - once just before spring and once just before fall. It follows a 7 week Chakra Flow class series.These liminal spaces as the seasons shift are a potent time for reconnecting to the chakras, clear out any stagnancy, and breathe in fresh prana.
A Journey Through the Chakras includes a pranayama, mudra, mantra, and restorative yoga posture for each of the chakra energy centers. As you rest in the restorative yoga posture, Chelsea offers reiki infused sound healing. Essential oils and tea are also used as herbal guides on the journey.
Registration includes a beautiful set of 7 handcrafted chakra oils, which come in jewel color glass rollers.
