Inspired by a recent journey through Radhanagari, Local-ish presents an eight-course tasting experience that brings together the stories, flavours, and discoveries that shaped the 8ish team's travels. Over the course of the trip, the team immersed themselves in local food traditions, foraged for ingredients, explored regional cooking techniques and spent time with the communities that have preserved these practices for generations. What began as a journey of exploration returned as a collection of ideas, memories and flavours that now find expression on the plate and in the glass.The menu reimagines ingredients and preparations encountered along the way; from Chatni Cha Masala and Pandhra Rassa to foraged honey, karvandh and jackfruit, through the contemporary lens of 8ish. Each course draws inspiration from a moment, a meal or a conversation from the journey, offering a thoughtful interpretation of the region's culinary heritage. Guests can choose between an eight-course food tasting menu or a paired experience featuring curated cocktail pairings inspired by the same ingredients, stories and landscapes that shaped the menu.
