Alla Salute! proudly hosts A Journey Through Italy, an intimate wine tasting and dinner co-hosted by Wine Educator Sheri Orts, who has carefully curated the wine selection to guide guests through flavours, aromas and stories.

The experience features 5 Italian wines paired with 5 dishes, thoughtfully created by Chef De Giorgio, each dish executed to complement and elevate the wines through their regional cuisine for each area.

The evening will be enriched by live musical entertainment from Duende Duo, whose guitars will accompany dinner and take you on a musical journey alongside the tasting.

This is an event for wine lovers, food enthusiasts and anyone looking for a relaxed yet refined night out.

Sheri Orts, a passionate wine educator, seamlessly integrates storytelling, cultural insights, and sensory experiences into her work.

Originally hailing from the New York metropolitan area, her life and academic journey have spanned the United States and Europe, ultimately leading her to settle in London, where she developed a deep appreciation for the city and wine.

Drawing upon her diverse background in design, photography, art, and history, Sheri offers a uniquely multidisciplinary perspective on wine tasting. She imparts her knowledge through comprehensive courses and curated tastings, employing wine as a conduit to connect individuals, places, and narratives.

Her signature approach is characterised by warmth, curiosity, and narrative-driven storytelling, utilising wine as a means of fostering connections and creating meaningful experiences.
