We begin the evening by sharing ceremonial cacao, a plant medicine known for opening the heart and deepening emotional connection. With its gentle warmth, we’ll embark on a guided meditation that invites you to:

• Send love to someone you hold dear,

• Send love to someone you feel neutral about,

• Send love to someone you find challenging.

Through this practice, we’ll cultivate compassion, understanding, and a sense of unity. Following the meditation, immerse yourself in the ethereal sounds of crystal singing bowls, allowing the vibrations to soothe your spirit and harmonize your energy.This ceremony is a space for everyone—whether you’re celebrating solo, with a partner, or with friends—to embrace love in its infinite forms and reflect on its power to connect us all.
