A grounding and expansive afternoon Sound Bath
Join us for a deeply restorative afternoon Sound Bath designed to take you on an inner journey from grounding to expansion, and gently back home to yourself.
We’ll begin by connecting with the energy of the earth — slowing the body, calming the nervous system, and creating a sense of stability and support. From there, the sound journey will gradually open into lighter, more expansive frequencies, inviting clarity, release, imagination, and a feeling of spaciousness.
Through the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, metal bowls, gong, chimes, and other healing instruments, you’ll be guided into a peaceful state where the body can soften and the mind can quiet.
This experience is created to help you feel both rooted and uplifted. Steady in your body, open in your heart, and connected to something bigger.
As the journey closes, the sounds will gently bring you back down, helping you return to the earth, your breath, and your body with a renewed sense of calm.
This is a beautiful experience if you are craving rest, grounding, emotional release, or a peaceful reset during the warmth and fullness of summer.
We provide yoga mats or chairs if you prefer to sit. Please bring a pillow, eye mask, or anything that helps you feel comfortable.
