This interactive experience will guide participants through the joy of cooking while learning practical, healthy approaches to preparing flavorful cultural meals. Whether you’re new to cooking or looking to expand your skills, this class creates space to learn, connect, and grow.

Led by Registered Dietitian Jasmine Westbrooks-Figaro, this session blends nutrition education with real-life application—making healthy eating both approachable and enjoyable.
