Join Chrissy and Annie at midsummer for a nourishing weekend of yoga, rest, and reconnection in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. Set at High Trenhouse, a beautifully converted farmhouse and barn surrounded by private woodland, peaceful , a tranquil pond and wide-open skies, this retreat offers space to breathe, unwind, and return to stillness.
Across the weekend you’ll be guided through flowing yoga sequences, Yin yoga, pranayama, meditation, and Yoga Nidra, suitable for all levels. With decades of shared teaching experience, Chrissy and Annie create a warm, inclusive atmosphere that supports both deep rest and joyful movement.
Enjoy delicious vegetarian meals prepared by our French chef, time to walk to nearby Malham Tarn, relax by the fire pit under the stars, or simply pause in nature’s quiet beauty. There’s plenty of room for outdoor yoga and peaceful reflection amidst the trees.
Accommodation is in comfortable single ensuite rooms (doubles available on request). Every detail is taken care of, so you can truly relax and reconnect — body, mind, and spirit.
