✨Join us for an evening intentionally created for you to receive gentle and holistic healing.✨💚You will be gently guided through soothing breath-work and gentle somatic practices to help you fully relax and sink into a space of rest as you allow the sounds of Crystal Sound bowls, guided by Emma, to nourish your nervous system and restore your energy.
💚Gentle hands-on healing will be offered by Tamrin (either on or off the body) to support your healing process throughout the evening.
The evening will be illuminated by candlelight, creating a soft and peaceful space for you to relax into.
