A Harvest Farewell: 5-Course Vegan Farm Dinner with Chef Karla Ortiz (Hudson Valley)
Close the growing season with us. On Saturday, November 14, Chef Karla Ortiz, the chef from Mayagüez behind Bo.ka.do Scratch Kitchen, comes to Little Logan's Farm in Gardiner, NY, to cook A Harvest Farewell.
This dinner is her love letter to our farm. Every dish is built from the fall produce we grew in our dome and fields. The only thing that comes from off the farm is mushrooms from our friend Scott at Daunt Farm. The vegetables go from the field to Karla's kitchen to your plate: five courses, 100% plant-based, farm to table.
It's our last farm dinner of 2026: an intimate table, autumn on the farm, and a menu built from one harvest that you won't taste anywhere else.
