This guided 90-minute experiential workshop led by Rabbi Ben Shalva, blends readings from his new book of poetry House of Mourning, along with reflective writing, group conversation, and guided meditation to help participants gently explore their own experiences of loss and healing.Throughout the workshop, individuals are invited (never required) to share reflections. The atmosphere is warm and inclusive for anyone touched by loss—whether recent or long past. And there is no one better to take us on this journey than Rabbi Ben.
