In this 3-hours workshop, we'll be using DOLORES CANNON'S GROUP HYPNOSIS METHOD, the same one she used in her live events with large audiences.
We'll start by creating a suitable atmosphere with relaxation exercises. We'll discuss past lives, their implications on our current lives, and engage in visualization exercises to activate our creative minds before diving into a regression – a guided visualization to connect with the wisdom of our past.
You may discover insights into your current life, understand the reasons behind repetitive patterns or unexplained fears, find explanations for déjà vu sensations, among other things.

Past life regression is a therapeutic technique that guides you on a safe and friendly journey to the past, offering perspectives for personal growth and healing.
It's important to note that this isn't a QHHT session, that I offer in private consultations. A QHHT session is an individual, in-person session lasting between 5 to 8 hours, working with the deepest state of hypnosis.
In this group journey, we'll work with a lighter hypnotic state, providing a glimpse of what an individual QHHT session entails.
There's no need to believe in past lives; this is an exploration of the power and wisdom of your subconscious mind, which can sometimes reveal aspects of your life metaphorically. The essence lies in the content and messages you'll receive, regardless of how they manifest from your past or your mind.
You may discover hidden truths, understand current life patterns, and open the door to a unique experience.
