A gentle grounding circle with tea, breath, and quiet connection
You’re invited to a calm, cozy evening designed to help you slow down, settle your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself.
This is not a workshop and not a place to “do the work.”
It’s a softly held circle where you can arrive as you are, breathe, and rest in gentle presence.
What the evening will include:
A quiet arrival and optional self-smudging to help you settle in
Guided grounding breathwork to calm the body and mind
Gentle Earth + universal light grounding to feel supported and centered
A warm tea ritual, shared slowly and intentionally
Quiet reflection time (journaling, stillness, or gentle stretching — your choice)
Optional, light sharing (one word, a sentence, or simply passing is always welcome)
A simple closing to help you leave feeling grounded and present
There is no pressure to share, perform, or have any prior experience. You are welcome to sit, breathe, and be exactly where you are.
This evening is for you if:
You’ve been feeling tired, overstimulated, or disconnected
You’re craving rest, grounding, and gentle presence
You want to slow down without needing to “fix” anything

A warm, intimate atmosphere
