A Grilling Party

For ages 18 & up

Plan to devote some time to perfecting your grilling skills with your buddies by your side. You'll learn a little about the ingredients and pick up tips on how to successfully grill shrimp, pork, vegetables, and even dessert. 

You will not make the sorbet in class. 

For ages 18 & up.  Attendees 21 & older will enjoy a glass of wine paired with the meal.

• Spinach Salad with Bacon & Brown Sugar Walnuts

• Grilled Shrimp with Rosemary

• Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Jamaican Spices

• Grilled Potatoes & Green Beans

• Grilled, Rum-basted Pineapple with Sorbet

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
