A Greater Purpose Workshop is designed for CEOs, business leaders, and the key members of their leadership and care teams who are committed to building businesses that make an eternal impact.
If you've embraced the vision of Business as a Ministry, the next step is putting that vision into action. This one-day workshop is designed to equip you with practical strategies, proven frameworks, and real-world examples to help cultivate a thriving culture of care that transforms people in and through your business.
Join us on Friday, September 25, 2026, from 8:00 AM–4:00 PM at Summit Crossing Community Church for a day of learning, collaboration, and implementation.
The workshop will feature keynote sessions from Dr. Rica McRoy, CEO of R City Eye Care, and Todd Stewart, CEO of Hope Legacy Collective, who will share practical insights from their experiences leading organizations with purpose and intentionality.
In addition to our keynote sessions, attendees will choose from four breakout sessions covering practical topics designed to help leaders implement Business as a Ministry within their organizations. You'll leave with actionable ideas, tools, and next steps that can be applied immediately.
This workshop is designed to be experienced as a team. We encourage CEOs to bring the leaders within their organization who will help champion and sustain these initiatives. Lasting culture change happens when vision is shared and ownership is distributed across the organization.
