Renaissance Faire for all ages the 2nd full Weekend of October.
10am - 5pm both Saturday and Sunday
Hark! Shakespeare on the Edge of Monroe doth cordially invite thee to our Annual Gathering of Rogues and Ruffians, a most wondrous Renaissance Faire, held upon the second weekend of October. Prepare thyself for two days of unbridled merriment and revelry!
Though our faire be modest in size, verily it is grand in delight! A plethora of performers await to enchant thee: singers with voices that charm, musicians whose melodies bewitch, jugglers with hands of nimble grace, and thespians who bring tales to vivid life. Behold the valor of military reenactors, displaying their mighty arms and sharing the splendor of Renaissance living. Truly, there is such abundance that none shall depart in disappointment.
For our young Lords and Ladies, the Kids Kingdom beckons with daring adventures—siege the castle or launch a catapult against a ship! The entire family may test their mettle with spear and axe throwing or don the armor of a gallant knight.
Miss not the heart-pounding spectacle of the joust at high noon and again at 3pm each day, where thou might even find thyself part of the thrilling contest!
For those of more seasoned years, the Pickled Gizzard Pub offers respite with a tankard of beer whilst enjoying the talents of our many esteemed entertainers and artisans from far and wide. Savor a vast array of ales, including the finest brews of Wisconsin and New Glarus. Our vendors also proffer sweet mead and crisp cider.
Stroll among the stalls of entertainers, crafters, artisans, and merchants, all eager to exchange their marvelous wares for thy gold. Discover the region's finest artisans and delight in the culinary wonders of Calli's Pub and other delectable food stands.
