A Funky Groovy Memorial For Jack Kendall

Jack Kendall meant a lot to a lot of people over the decades, and we think he deserves more than one memorial. Whether you knew him from a punk show, Rick's Classic Rags, Zoolie's, the Emporium, Funky Groovy Threads, or over a beer at Mootsy's, he was the king of Spokane fashion and vintage. He taught generations of hipsters and punks how to dress for success. Come celebrate Jack with us. Please bring your best memories of Jack to share amongst friends or from the stage. Yes we'll have a slide show. There will be libations available at the bar. Food will be potluck style (if you can bring a dish, please contact us ahead of time to coordinate). We also encourage you to wear your finest duds in honor of Jack. Even better if you got those threads from the man himself. We encourage anyone who knew Jack to attend and we encourage you to share this event far and wide with those who knew him.
